The training program at Sea Ridge Farms is multifaceted. Our world class instructors coach novice riders as well as nationally recognized competitors. Our exhibitors, are comprised of youth, amateur and select riders. They compete in western divisions including Trail, Horsemanship, Western Riding and Showmanship. The expanded Sea Ridge Farms roster of classes includes quarter horse Hunters and Equitation over Fences as well as Equitation on the Flat. The instructors embrace teaching riders of all ages and skill levels.

In addition to coaching riders our expert staff will train your quarter horse from youngsters through mature, finished champions. We are always excited to watch the progress that is achieved when a horse is properly and carefully developed into the special individual that is inside each horse. Learn more and join our team.

Our world class facility is located in the equine hub of Wellington, Florida. We offer the very best care for your horse. The property includes two show horse barns with large, light filled, matted stalls always full of fluffy shavings. We offer several beautifully maintained paddocks for daily turnout and two outdoor riding arenas with fantastic footing. Our amenities include state of the art Horse Gym treadmills and a Theraplate. We custom tailor every horse’s diet for his specific needs. We are happy to add supplements and medications for your horse if needed. We have the finest veterinarians and farriers available for your convenience. All of these services are meticulously overseen by our highly experienced team of trainers and grooms.

The trainers of Searidge come from diverse, yet common backgrounds showing all around quarter horses. Everyone has their areas of expertise, but the capability to work in all aspects of the all around arena.

Patty Vatterott
Owner/Trainer

Patty is a veteran quarter horse breeder and showman.

She has personally shown World Champions, as well as trained and coached multiple Congress and World Champions.

Cecilia Skivington
Trainer

Cecilia has shown in AQHA competition for many years. She is a successful rider as well as an accomplished instructor.

Cecilia works with an array of riders, from the novice level to coaching multiple Congress champions.

Stefania Ugolini
Trainer

Stefy, originally from Bologna, Italy, has an impressive resume showcasing many European Champion quarter horses and riders.

She specializes in working with young horses start to finish. Additionally, she exhibits quarter horses on an international level.

Farm Manager

Robert has been our farm manager for over 10 years.

His experience, knowledge and attention to detail in horse management is unsurpassed. He and his team of professional grooms keep the Sea Ridge Farms horses and facility at an unmatched level.
